Competitive salary range: $60,000-$75,000

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience as a Law Clerk
• 3+ years working with Personal Injury cases
• Strong understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure
• Proficiency in CLIO and solid technical skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS)
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment

About the role

If hired, you will:

• Provide support to a busy personal injury practice, managing files from initiation to settlement/decision
• Draft legal documents —statements of claim, motions, affidavits, and correspondence
• Organize files and documentation using CLIO
• Provide training and oversight to junior clerks
• Assist with trial preparation and support
• Handle accident benefits files
