Call:24 hours 8a-8a , 1 in 6 offsite
Submission Requirements: Must meet ALL Submission Requirement in Order to Submit!
- Board Certification REQUIRED (Can accept Board Eligible)
- WA State License ONLY (Due to Expedited Credentialing)- REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice (This is a MUST Due to Expedited Credentialing) - PREFERRED
- BLS - REQUIRED
- Availability at time of name clear REQUIRED (Will not accept candidates that cannot work specified dates-Week of 11/25, 12/30, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31)
- Availability for Specific dates and black out dates - REQUIRED
- Must list # of shifts provider is available to offer/month & if availability is shared between assignments - REQUIRED
- Certifications: BLS, DEA: REQUIRED
Position Description:
- Setting: clinic/call
- Duties: general urology care in clinic and on call, need a bread and butter urologist for routine care
- Required Procedures: bread and butter urology, robot available
- Patients per day/volume: 20-25 pts per day
- Number of surgeries: 20-30/month
- Robotics? yes
- Call Volume (consults vs callback): 20% consults, 80% callback
- Admissions: Hospitalist team present
- Rounding: Locum will round
- EMR: Epic
