Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Active MA License is required or pending (in process)
- Needs active DEA and Massachusetts controlled substance license
- Experience with following radiation techniques: 3D conformal IMRT SBRT and SRS (No brachy needed)
- Conversion rate cap 25k- REQUIRED
