Requirements:
- Board Certification - Oncology AND Hematology preferred
- CA State License - REQUIRED
- Medical Oncology Fellowship - REQUIRED
- CA DEA
- BLS
- ACLS - REQUIRED during credentialing
- Malpractice - Clean Preferred
- Must have FULL TIME availability - REQUIRED
