Job Description

This role involves interacting with wholesale specialty store accounts to provide information in response to order inquiries, issues, and information about products. You will act as a general liaison with the Sales team to support all customer service-related tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Process all sales order entries, order maintenance, order cancellations, and returns within designated timeframes.
  • Enter all specialty store and sample orders.
  • Support Account Executives with order inquiries, style availability, and cancellations.
  • Process credit card transactions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and accounts on custom orders, including product research and tracking orders through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with accounts.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Review backorders and order deadlines to ensure shipping goals are met.
  • Review daily reports and make necessary changes in the operating system.


Education and Qualification:

  • 1 or more years of Wholesale Customer Service/Sales Experience.
  • Knowledge of BlueCherry/First Data /Authorize.net.
  • Intimate apparel product knowledge is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
