National General Contractor looking for Superintendents with experience managing Data Centers, Semiconductor Facilities, Mission-Critical, or other high-tech industrial projects.

ROLE:

• Lead daily site operations, managing subcontractors and crews
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with strict project standards
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Communicate with the project team, solve on-site challenges
• Oversee logistics, materials, and equipment to keep the job running smoothly

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on data centers, semiconductor plants, or mission-critical facilities
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, backup power, and critical infrastructure
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle complex, high-pressure projects

BASE PAY: $100,000-$180,000+

• Per Diem/Vehicle or Allowance
• Travel Housing Paid For
• Insurance (Medical/Vision/Dental)
