While trial experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. This role requires an ability to work both independently as lead counsel and collaboratively within a team.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of six years in business litigation, with experience in discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Trial experience preferred but not essential.

• Business development skills and client originations are a plus.
