Director of CRM Operations


A private equity owned company that is accumulating a portfolio of high end residential real estate service businesses is seeking a Director of CRM Operations/Sales Operations/Client Technology to support its rapid growth.


They are seeking an up-and-coming Director level candidate who has strong experience working within and optimizing CRMs in an effort to bridge and leverage their digital marketing, business operations, sales proposal and conversions and ultimately create standardized processes to help their portfolio companies scale.


The Director of CRM Operations will be responsible for optimizing CRM usage within each of its currently 10 portfolio companies as well as all future on-going acquisitions. The CRM systems these businesses use are proprietary to this niche industry and its not required a candidate have exposure to them specifically, only strong general CRM experience.

This is a high impact role that will pull at a major leverage point and make an immediate measurable contribution. Prior experience working within a job costing oriented services business is preferred but not required.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven record of optimizing CRM applications and driving sales process improvements.
  • Experience working cross functionally, including with Finance to design and implement financial reports and dashboards within a CRM system
  • Knowledge of and experience with creating actionable KPIs that relate to sales, job costing, and revenue growth
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills to work with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
  • Desire and ability to travel 50% of the time to various portfolio company locations.


Base salary will range to $150,000 plus a 20% bonus. This will report directly to the CFO and offer high exposure to all the businesses’ key decision makers. High upside career growth role.


This role is fully remote with 50% travel to portfolio company sites, currently in Atlanta, Charlteson, Austin, Savannah, Hilton Head, and Missouri.
