Summary:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Tampa branch. This includes ensuring excellence in all aspects of the work, from fire and water mitigation to cleaning, pack-out, construction rebuilds, and put-backs. You will manage the warehouse operations, transportation, and logistics functions. Additionally, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and scheduling the team to maximize productivity. A key part of this role is maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction and insurance scores.

Compensation:
As an Operations Manager, you'll receive a base salary plus quarterly bonuses based on your branch's profitability. Compensation varies by experience level, and can be discussed during the initial interview. Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must have 3-5 years of experience leading diverse teams in the mitigation, restoration, and/or construction market segments.
