Job Title: Corporate Associate (2nd-4th Year)

Location: New York, NY

Compensation: $235,000 to £310,000

A top-ranked Am Law 30 firm in New York is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Associate (2nd-4th year) to join their dynamic corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in venture capital and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of sophisticated corporate transactions, including venture capital financings and M&A deals.
• Advise and represent clients on strategic transactions, including private equity and public company matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and related corporate contracts.
• Work closely with partners, senior attorneys, and clients, providing strategic legal counsel across a range of corporate matters.

Qualifications:

• 2nd-4th year Corporate Associate with substantial experience in venture capital and M&A .
• Superior academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills , with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
