An International firm is in search of a Mid level Corporate Associate to join their New York office.

About You:

• Ideal candidates will possess 3 to 8 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis of public or private company M&A and related corporate matters, including private equity, public and private financings, corporate governance and related business matters
• Experience in acquisition agreements and other documents required for M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same
• Excellent academic credentials
• Large regional, national or international law firm experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $225,000 to $300,000, reflective of the candidate's qualifications and experience.
• A very reasonable annual billable hours target of 1600.
