MRM for Health is looking for a conceptual Copy Supervisor to join the team. This person is a brand steward and category champion, responsible for having a deep understanding of the brand, its benefits, and driven differentiation. Working with art partners, the Copy Supervisor will communicate and engage with agency departments to supervise the workload for your assigned brand(s) and ensure accuracy of all manuscripts including referencing, annotating and submissions to ensure a smooth MLR process. The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to think strategically, supply creative ideas and concepts, and execute across a range of mediums.
About the Job
- Responsible for the daily creative execution of projects across brands/portfolio including writing, adapting from core materials, reviewing projects, incorporating comments, referencing and annotating
- Resident expert about the brand, disease state, clinical trials and data, and competitive products
- Present creative work and ideas with art partner to clients
- Attend MLR meetings, noting direction and application of changes to other pieces
- Attend appropriate client meetings, market research, workshops and begin to engage in dialogue with supervisor, team, and client about key insights
- Support new business efforts
- Generate new creative concepts with art partner and present to clients
- Strive to bring creative solutions and new ideas to the brand
- Work collaboratively with all cross-functional team members including Editing, Project Management, Art, and Account Management
- Begin supervising direct report(s) by overseeing workload, creative output, providing regular feedback, and aiding in career development
- Proactively research new data and studies for your assigned brand’s use and expand your knowledge of industry trends so you can share new ideas with your team
- Attend market research and workshops, as appropriate

About You
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical copy supervisory experience within a fast-paced agency setting
- Pharmaceutical copywriting experience is a must
- A compelling portfolio included with your application
- Solid presentations skills
- Proven ability to engage in creative conversations internally and with clients
- Motivated to seek/gain additional creative opportunities and/or work on new business pitches
- Proactive about expanding knowledge of trends so you can share new ideas with your team
- Autonomous, yet you know when and how to raise questions or issues to your manager
