Continuous Improvement Coach : Lead, coach, teach, and develop others to use the tools and methodologies of Lean to drive sustained Continuous Improvement

Problem Solving: Evaluate existing curriculum and recommend appropriate approaches for improving the quality, velocity, and cost of development programs

Lean Experience: Plan and execute Lean process transformation projects utilizing Lean project management methodologies

Qualifications

Talent Management: Knowledge of human resources and talent management processes; ability to lead, motivate, evaluate, and reward employees at the workplace

Lean Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem-solving appropriately to diverse situations

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a business or technical curriculum that includes a Lean focus or 10 years of progressive leadership experience
