Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Litigation Associate at Sutter O'Connell Co. in Nashville, TN. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for tasks such as legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Legal research and drafting motions skills
- Experience in preparing for and conducting depositions
- Representation in courts and litigation processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the state Bar
- Experience in civil litigation is a plus
