Join a leading Tier 1 Plastic Injection Supplier as a 2nd Shift Team Lead in their complex assembly department. They're seeking a hands-on, motivated leader to oversee daily operations and drive performance on the 2nd shift.

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay: Up to $24/hr (depending on experience) + 5% shift premium

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of assembly operators to meet production goals
• Set up and operate automated assembly machines
• Ensure smooth production flow and address any machine or quality issues
• Assist operators with troubleshooting and resolving machine-related concerns
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
• Maintain safety and compliance within the production floor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with automated assembly equipment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours
