The Good King Tavern is seeking a full time prep cook as we continue to grow. TGK has serviced the Bella Vista neighborhood since 2013 offering a fun, innovative, french inspired menu with a best in class beverage program. In 2019, father-daughter duo Bernard & Chloe Grigri expanded vertically to open their James Beard nominated upstairs wine bar, le Caveau. Today, the group is run by family and long-time employees, under the culinary direction of Chef Michael Valent. The kitchen supports not only building operations, but also Superfolie at 16th & Spruce, as well as a new project opening in South Philly early 2025.

The ideal candidate is an organized and detail-oriented cook who has significant experience in large scale prep and a familiarity with French cuisine.
