Title: Architect - Technical Lead
Location: Regional, Remote
Employment Type: Contract
Description:
• The Architect - Technical Lead is responsible for performing detailed analysis of current data structures and identifying patterns and optimization opportunities.
• This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define data needs, designing data models, and developing strategies for system integration to ensure smooth data flow.
• The Architect - Technical Lead will design integration interfaces and create clear visual representations of system architecture.
• They will also facilitate requirements workshops, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Analyze existing data structures to find patterns, detect anomalies, and identify optimization areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data requirements and design data models aligned with project goals.
• Develop integration strategies for efficient data communication between different systems.
• Design and document integration interfaces, APIs, and data mappings to ensure system compatibility.
• Create visual diagrams, such as flowcharts and data flow diagrams, to convey technical workflows clearly.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts using visual aids to assist stakeholder understanding.
• Lead workshops and interviews to gather and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into actionable specifications, aligning with project objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive and updated project documentation, including user stories and system specs.
Required Skills:
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data structures and identify optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in data modeling and designing integration interfaces and data flows.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts through visual diagrams and clear explanations.
• Experience leading requirements workshops and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate project documentation.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $67.13-$95.90
