Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and vendors to maintain efficient and safe site operations.
• Manage project schedules, safety compliance, and quality control, resolving any issues that arise during construction.
• Serve as the primary on-site representative, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Oversee documentation and communication using Procore to track progress and maintain accountability across teams.

Profile

The ideal Superintendent will have:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in the life science/healthcare or academic construction space
• Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Ability to multitask
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
