In addition to handling customer transactions, the Teller will make recommendations of additional products and referrals to the customers as well as leads to the Bank officer. The Teller is also responsible for following banking regulations and procedures while maintaining protection of the Bank assets. Must maintain extensive knowledge of products, services, marketing plans and regulations, will cross-sell other Bank services and relay customer comments to the Teller Supervisor while preparing and ensuring completion of paperwork relating to multiple customer sales and service. Customers will be served in a pleasant and professional manner.
