If you're ready to drive innovation and excel in a hands-on, collaborative setting, we invite you to apply and be apart of the Qualus Family!nnResponsibilitiesnnPerforming testing on low and medium voltage breakers including Megger, Ductor, Hi-Pot, Hi-Current, and Timing tests.nnCompleting mechanical work and repairs on breakers, including tear down, refurbishment and parts replacement.nnUtilizing and accurately reading meters.nnReading schematics and wiring drawings.nnTroubleshooting circuit controls.nnReading and plotting time-current curves.nnReading and understanding of electrical one-line drawings and symbols.nnTesting power and current transformers, including Power Factor and TTR.nnAccurately and consistently documenting using Power DB.nnAble to work with electrical testing equipment and tools.nn#LI-BR1nnQualificationsnn5-7 years’ related experience in power plants, industrial services, primary power distribution and related protection and control schemes.nnMinimum 2 years of industrial or commercial power systems experience.nnLicensures and Certifications: NETA 2, 3, or 4 preferred.nnEducation: High School Diploma.nnReference and complete assignments as described in applicable specifications.nnPerform regular field work both indoors and outdoors.nnStrong interpersonal skills, communication skills, business acumen, job management ability.nnProficient in Microsoft Office (PowerDB, Word, Excel and Outlook).nnValid Driver’s license and good driving record.nnCompany OverviewnnQualus is a leading pure-play power services firm and innovator at the forefront of the energy transition and transformation, with differentiated capabilities across grid modernization, resiliency, security, and sustainability.
