They are responsible for developing and maintaining geographical information systems databases, applications, and tools.nnWhat You'll Do:nnCreate specifications for various mapping or data analysis projects.nnProvide training and assistance to Jr. team members in their respective areas of expertise.nnCollect and create new data sets based on project requirements using mapping techniques or software.nnDevelop custom client templates or equations to streamline efficiencies.nnResearch and obtain accurate market data for a specific line of business.nnHave some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.nnLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.nnImpact the quality of own work.nnWork within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.nnExchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.nnWhat You'll Need:nnTo perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.nnAbility to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.nnExperience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.nnIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, ESRI, Adobe Creative cloud, etc.nnOrganizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.nnIntermediate math skills.
