The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and a passion for premium and contemporary design details. They will be highly technical, experienced in Kids and Baby product development, and have an extensive history of working directly with vendors and factories. Proficiency in digital design tools is necessary, along with a readiness to adopt new technologies and data inputs to accelerate and improve development without compromising quality.nnSuccessful candidates will demonstrate a proven ability to create cohesive, on-brand products across multiple categories with exceptional attention to detail. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market.
