Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vehicle diagnostics, calibrations/programming, scanning, and wire/connector repairs.
• Assist and mentor team members in diagnostics to enhance their learning experience.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to assess service demands.
• Collaborate in weekly meetings with market management to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Safeguard company equipment and vehicles.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in servicing and diagnosing automotive systems.
• Proficient technological skills, including experience with Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Strong knowledge in ADAS, electrical services, calibrations, programming, and diagnostics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to maintain productivity and urgency in a shop environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
• Passion for the automotive industry and a positive attitude towards the ATE brand.
• Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools such as multimeters and power probes.
• Capability to read vehicle wiring schematics and service information.
• Experience in programming vehicles using various software.
• Ability to conduct all levels of calibrations (Static & Dynamic) and diagnose all customer vehicle concerns.
• Clean driving record and valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
