They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.nnStart your day from home and dispatch to area financial institution locations. Company vehicle, phone, uniforms, tools and gas card are provided for mobile positions. Region covered will be in the Derry, Portsmouth, Manchester NH regions.nnDay hours - 8:00-4:30nnWhat You’ll Do:nnOversee maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.nnReview assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete the repair and maintain inventory of adequate supplies and tools.nnImplement preventive maintenance programs to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life; oversee repairs and emergency maintenance as needed.nnReview inspections of building and industrial systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client.nnOversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.nnOperate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.nnApply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.nnCoach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.nnLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.nnImpact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.nnWork within broad guidelines and policies.nnExplain difficult or sensitive information.nnWhat You’ll Need:nnHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.nnMeet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.nnAbility to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.nnWillingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.nnIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
