Responsibilities:

• As the Senior EHS Manager, a key member of the EHS team, this position will lead and direct EHS activities and foster a “people first” EHS culture.
• Ensure compliance with EHS laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Develop and lead EHS programs to ensure safety awareness high and deliver on the company’s commitment that safety is the number one priority. This role is a key member of our EHS team.
• Manage industrial hygiene programs.
• Audit safety procedures and processes to maintain compliance. Ensure all required inspections are current and all documentation is accurate.
• Develop, manage, and lead environmental activities to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
• Develop, manage, and lead the Site Safety Committee, Emergency Response Team, and Industrial Fire Brigade.
• Manage and coordinate site insurance loss control and workers' compensation insurance providers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in physical sciences, engineering, or a related discipline plus a minimum of 8 years EHS management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Would consider non-degreed candidates with 15+ years of EHS management experience in a manufacturing environment.
