The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the IT functions of Design Air and Air Management Supply with a large focus on the organization’s ERP system. With the support of the Rheem Air Distribution Senior Manager, the IT Manager will lead members of the team and plan and complete company-wide projects. Additionally, the IT Manager will assist with the budget for IT-related costs, ensure compliance with enterprise and mitigate risks. The IT Manager will work with other departments to align business objectives and support continuous improvement.

This position supports Rheem Midwest Distribution and can be located near any Rheem Midwest Distribution location including, but not limited to, Kimberly, WI, Green Bay, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Madison, WI, Omaha, NE, or Minneapolis, MN.

Job Responsibilities

• Project manager for the company’s IT functions
• Company-wide software support for Epicor Prophet21 ERP system, including SOPs
• Test and implementation for Epicor Prophet21 ERP System
• Investigate and recommend new system upgrades, features, and third-party add-ons to enhance company technology and efficiency
• Work closely with company business units when implementing new technology solutions to test and verify business acceptance prior to roll-out
• Remain involved and current on new and emerging technologies, including participation in Prophet21 Worldwide User Group
• Support company reporting needs, both scheduled and urgent/as needed requests
• Oversee and manage the IT team members, providing support and troubleshooting when needed
• Attend industry ERP conferences and events to build a strong peer network across Rheem Air Distribution and the industry as a whole
• Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field required
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role managing the Company’s ERP system and/or IT functions required
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI and SSRS required
• SQL server experience preferred
• Previous experience with Prophet 21 ERP system or similar system strongly preferred
• Experience with managing IT team preferred
• Ability to manage project schedules and demonstrate leadership for project teams
• Working experience troubleshooting hardware and software problems with vendor support staff
• Strong user skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work after hours (system upgrades, troubleshooting, etc.)
• Ability to travel on company-related business (other Rheem locations, conferences, training, etc.)
• Ability to work with a diverse group of professionals in close cooperation
