Job Summary

As the IT Manager at Amorepacific US Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s technology infrastructure, with a particular focus on supporting and optimizing critical systems such as SAP, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Shopify. Principal Accountabilities

• System Management and Support : Oversee the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of critical systems including SAP, EWM, EDI, and Shopify. Ensure system reliability and performance, addressing technical issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Project Leadership : Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
