Job Description

Contract Administrator

Must be currently located in Madison, WI or Yardley, PA


Job Summary:

In this role, you will manage and oversee the administration of contracts from pricing, quote, client acceptance to close. You will work closely with cross-departmental teams, e.g. Accounting, Operations, Estimating, Sales and Operations in all new, extension, and existing (renewal) business. This role will require a strong attention to detail, collaborative communication and high organization acumen.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make updates/change notices to existing contact pages.
  • Configures estimates and quotes
  • Provide guidance and support to junior contract administrators and other team members.
  • Process all change notices to existing contracts and executed amendments
  • Review and correct all opportunities to ensure accuracy of data integrity prior to close winning action.
  • Facilitate internal signature process
  • Process all contract terminations to initiate the decommission process
  • Auditing client opportunities to ensure presence of Master Service Agreement, Enrollment Form and BAA as applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
  • Ensure that all legal cases are reviewed and approved as expected to ensure timely contract execution.
  • Creation of Retention Opportunities from start to quote creation
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and sales Operations teams.
  • Creation of Salesforce Reports as needed for management
  • Prepare and present reports on contract status, metrics, and issues to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency of Salesforce Platform - Associate - Admin level with ability to create reports, Opportunities and Configure Price Quote (CPQ).
  • Ability to respond quickly and decisively to unpredictable or unexpected events and changes.
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


. Pay rate is $25-30/hr + benefits including Medical, Dental, Six paid holidays


Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.
