Job Summary

Causie Contracting is looking to hire a Contract Administrator to support the management of Causie Contracting’s production operations. This person should be a proactive communicator, seek solutions to challengers; be able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities, procedures and regulations; and pay close attention to detail.

Causie Contracting is a certified DBE with 58 years of experience in federal, state, and local roadway repair. We specialize in full-depth and partial depth pavement repair; and sealing concrete and asphalt pavements. Causie Contracting is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.


Duties & Responsiblities

  • Assist in the administration of contract agreements, including documentation, tracking, and compliance.
  • Compile and submit relevant documents and reports to comply with DOT regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze job costing reports with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support estimating team with data analysis.
  • Assist the operations team with general administrative duties as needed.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in accounts payable, subcontract administration, or similar roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and submission processes is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
