Position Title: SAP Business Analyst/Specialist

Position Overview:

The SAP Business Analyst/Specialist will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing solutions, and translating business requirements into technical specifications within an enterprise SAP environment. This role involves close collaboration with architects, developers, technical teams (BASIS, Middleware, Portal), and other business analysts to maintain, enhance, and develop SAP modules and their integrations. Additional responsibilities include change management, training support, and participating in on-call support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform system analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation for SAP components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and external applications.
• Provide detailed functional specifications for enhancements and user exits.
• Support change management initiatives and deliver user training.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years of SAP experience, specifically in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
• Expertise in:
• Army logistics processes.
• SD (Sales Orders, Deliveries) and IM (Receipts Processing) modules.
• SCM components like GATP, CIF, and backorder processing.
• Configuration of document types, item categories, pricing, and account determination.
• Integration with ACQ, FICO, and PS modules.
• EWM (Delivery Processing) and ANSI X12 standards.
• Interfaces using IDocs and debugging.
• Tools such as LSMWs and ABAP Query.
• Development Skills: Ability to design and provide specifications for user exits and enhancements in Sales Orders and Deliveries.
• Clearance Requirement: Active Secret clearance.
