This is a TREMENDOUS opportunity to join a major player in the region, and one of the market-leading names in the industry. This vacancy also offers an incredible opportunity to grow and develop within the group as they look to build up.

The ideal candidate would bring:

• 1-5 years of PQE
• Heavy exposure to M&A transactions
• Previous experience working at a law firm
• Exposure to the energy sector (ideal but not mandatory)
• Houston based or willing to be there 3 days a week
• Admission to the Texas BAR (ideal but not mandatory)

The client can offer:

• $200,000 - $250,000 Fixed + Bonus + perks
• 2 days WFH options
• Flexible working hours
• Direct exposure and advisory to management
• Exposure to large-cap transactions (the group just closed a $6Bn transaction)
• Exciting M&A projects
