Reputable non-profit is looking to hire a full time Case Manager here in Milwaukee, WI (53203) . It will be a contract-to-hire that is looking to interview/start immediately!

Pay: $22-26/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: M-F, 8am – 4:30pm (flexible)

Remote : No, 100% on-site

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing a caseload of participants
• One-to-one meetings with clients.
• Track progress of participants and utilize both internal and proprietary systems /software to write case histories of the daily interaction with clients.
• Provide conflict resolution when necessary.
• Mentor participants in their transition from welfare to work.
• Keep accurate records in a timely manner.
• Track participant employment by communicating with employers and obtaining employment verifications for submission to the City of New York.
• Must ensure accuracy of all documentation.
• Administrative abilities needed: strong filing and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Experience with case management
