Patent/ IP Litigation Attorney

Location - Los Angeles, CA (same position for the Irvine office as well)

Job type - Full-time

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, and an active Bar license to practice law in California
• 7+ years of experience specializing in High-tech Patent litigation is preferred. Trial experince and portable clientele will put you on top

Responsibilities:

• Provide counsel to clients on a wide range of intellectual property/Patent-related issues, including patent law, trademark law, copyright law, trade secrets, licensing agreements, and Patent litigation
• Conduct legal research, draft documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—attorneys, paralegals, and support staff—to develop innovative and effective legal solutions
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations related to intellectual property matters
