Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, and an active Bar license to practice law in California
• 5+ years of experience specializing in business or complex litigation is preferred. Trial experince and portable clientele will put you on top

Responsibilities:

• Provide counsel to clients on a wide range of real estate, business, intellectual property/Patent-related issues
• Conduct legal research, draft documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—attorneys, paralegals, and support staff—to develop innovative and effective legal solutions
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations related to intellectual property matters
