The HubSpot/Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing the firm's email marketing and automation processes, ensuring that all communications are executed smoothly and effectively. This role plays a crucial part in driving client engagement, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team through targeted, data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a skilled user of HubSpot, with experience integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. They will focus on optimizing customer journeys, refining lead scoring, and providing actionable insights through rigorous data analysis.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Email Marketing Management: Configure, manage, and execute most firmwide and advisor specific email communications, including list management, content programming, and post-send reporting to measure effectiveness.
  • Marketing Automation Integration: Oversee and maintain integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow and accurate lead tracking.
  • Lead Nurturing and Scoring: Segment audiences and personalize content using automation tools to nurture leads based on interactions and behaviors, assigning scores to prioritize high-value prospects for the sales team.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Design and manage workflows that deliver personalized experiences for leads and customers, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions; conduct A/B testing to refine strategies and maximize campaign performance.
  • System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Ensure the marketing automation software is functioning optimally, troubleshoot any technical issues, and stay updated on new features or software upgrades to improve capabilities.


Ideal Candidate

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in marketing automation, email marketing, or a related role, with hands-on experience in HubSpot and CRM (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM integrations, especially HubSpot. Other marketing automation platform experience may also be considered.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in data analysis and comfortable with A/B testing methodologies to continuously optimize performance.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in configuring and executing campaigns, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with automation tools and adapt to changes or upgrades in software functionality.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration and clear reporting.
