A billion dollar Global Real Estate Investment firm is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Office Manager to join their team. This role ensures the smooth operation of all office functions, as well as management of an Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, meticulous, and serve as the company's go-to resource.
Key Responsibilities: - Onboard and induct new joiners and offboard leavers, ensure a great employee experience in the workplace.
- Establish local policy & procedure according to global guidelines, ensuring all objectives are actioned in accordance with local compliance and health & safety.
- Manage all the procurement and supply chain contracts for the office, run competitive tenders when it's time to renew.
- Manage all the facilities and services of the office. Liaise with providers/suppliers, establish relationships and follow up (landlord, security, health and safety, catering, insurance, stationary, cleaning, building maintenance, parking, etc). Ensure the condition of the office is of a high standard.
- Line Manager of the reception team who in turn deliver all the front of house operations (like processing incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, operating the switchboard and coordinating calls, guest reception and hospitality and employee hospitality)
- Complete management and administration of the workplace, ensuring the smooth running of the Radnor office, acting as the key point of contact between Radnor and global headquarters
Qualifications: - A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience as an Office Manager, ideally in a top tier Private Equity or Investment Banking firm
- Efficient, organized, independent professional attitude and strong communication and personal skills, people management experience, flexible, well-organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- A solid grasp of standard applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, CRM software etc.) is required.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible, independent and assertive. They will be able to manage various responsibilities simultaneously and know how to prioritize accordingly.

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 a year
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
