We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring.
Our Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of operations for our mail and image servicing team. In addition, this candidate will lead multiple supervisors on multiple shifts and hold the operations team accountable for proficient product delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Oversees day-to-day operations of Imaging and Mail teams, including planning, documenting, and execution of targeted timelines, as well as addressing challenges to drive business in a positive direction as needed Leads internal team calls with the operations teams and
- Knowledge of vendor management is a huge plus, as will serve as subject matter expertise support for solution engineering and ongoing process improvement.
- Provide necessary support and feedback to the Client and Vendor Program Manager regarding operational updates, SLAs, timelines, questions, or concerns from an Operations perspective
- Accountable for the quality and timely delivery of contractual items, ensuring that all required resources, including labor, service standards, computer time, supplies, and facilities are available for program operations.
- Develops project plans and utilizes reporting tools to measure quality, security, timelines, and compliance with program requirements, while recommending workflow solutions.
- Identifies challenges along with troubleshooting through operational issues as they arise while escalating to the Director or appropriate team.
QUALIFICATIONS:- 7+ years of experience in Operations or Facilities Management
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning
- Knowledge - Financial Forecasting; Labor Requirements; Financial Impact Reporting; Multiple Facilities Management - Reporting, Training, and Leadership; Revenue Loss Impacts and Improvement Planning
- Skills - Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills; Leadership; Self-Discipline; Team Development; Excellent Organization; Time Management; and Ability to Effectively Implement Processes and Changes as Needed
- Willingness to Travel to Multiple Facilities for Oversight and Management
