Description Leidos' Global Supply Chain is looking for a Business Operations Director to directly support the Chief Supply Chain Officer, in carrying out organization wide strategic and operational initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading innovative projects and interacting with business and functional leaders within the Leidos Enterprise organization.Effectiveness will be determined by your ability to quickly form partnerships and adapt to any situation across the Global Supply Chain organization and other enterprise groups.
Duties Include: - Develop a formal cadence for all Global Supply Chain activities to ensure timely planning and support of key priorities, meeting attendance and deliverables.
- Develop and hold quarterly global supply chain operations business reviews and functional scorecards including financials, metrics and actionable data.
- Coordinat e the consolidation and execution of strategic initiatives and guiding them to completion.
- Streamline and standardize the organizational cadence to quickly respond to the organizational needs.
- Act as primary contact for Corporate and Sector requests to support the organization.
- Coordinate group events such as conferences, off-sites & all-hands.
- Draft and coordinate executive briefing materials for strategic GSC meetings as well as materials briefed to executive leadership
- Develop relationships with executive-level staff and GSC stake holders to keep communication lines open and informed.
- Interface extensively with senior management, including interactions that may involve situations which require discretion.
- Carry out and support other operational objectives as assigned by the Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university required
- 15+ years of relevant experience and leadership responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for productive collaboration across varying functional and operational departments
- Detail oriented and data driven
- Ability to analyze and compile large swaths of data and present effective reports
- Strong analytical, creativity, and problem solving skills Proactive thinker and strong time management skills
- Leadership skills to develop, organize and motivate teams to perform highly effectively and efficiently
- Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to adjust to new requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Lean experience and background a plus

Pay Range: Pay Range $134,550.00 - $243,225.00
