Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Generalist with 2+ years of experience in a generalist or recruiting role to support our growing team. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, this role will partner with various departments and help manage a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, approachable, and capable of managing multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. What You'll be Doing:
- Identify and implement ways to make all aspects of the employee lifecycle an engaging and productive experience, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
- Oversee ServiceCore's recruiting efforts, including full life cycle recruiting, candidate experience, ATS management and compliance, and employer brand initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and contractual agreements.
- Serve as point of contact for all HR-related inquiries with sensitivity, care, and discretion to the urgency and relevance of requests, set appropriate expectations on response time, and respond to employees with exceptional customer service.
- Propose, lead and coordinate activities relating to employee benefits and leave of absence administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations; serve as liaison with benefit providers.
- Manage and resolve complex people relations issues that ensure all parties feel supported while adhering to ServiceCore best practices and maintaining compliance from a legal/employment perspective.
- Maintain HR information systems records including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations; audit systems for accuracy and compile reports and data as needed
- Provide exceptional support and guidance in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development, and drive the appropriate, compliant solutions in these areas.
- Coordinate with Payroll on compensation-related changes and issues, and provide support when necessary.
- Explore, recommend, and implement new approaches, policies and procedures to make continual improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceCore's HR & internal operations.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations concerning employment.
- Support HR projects such as policy development, training, implementations, and performance management.
- Contribute to improving HR processes and enhancing HR systems for increased efficiency.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
- 2-5 years of experience in a recruiting or HR role at a growth stage SaaS company
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally and discreetly with confidential information
- Excellent time management, and interpersonal skills
- You are passionate about organization and can adhere to and improve organizational systems. If there's a way to reduce redundant work, and maximize your time, you're on it.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and the ability and ease to interact with every level of employee to quickly build trust
- Strong team player but also a self-starter who can work autonomously.
- Strong leadership skills to be able relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels in the organization
- Comfortable with ambiguity, rapidly changing environments, and occasionally building from scratch
- Experience working with a suite of software tools - HR and ATS (i.e. BambooHR), GSuite expert, and internal communication tools (i.e. Slack)
- Able to engage with empathy toward employees and serve as their trusted resource
- Detail-oriented, taking pride in the quality and accuracy of your work.
- Comfortable with change, experimenting, and trying new ideas.

- $100,00-$120,000 based on prior experience
