To help us drive excellence, you will get to

  • Maintain positive Associate relations through effective communication and prompt attention to Associate concerns.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition recruiting efforts and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates.
  • Provide support to salaried Associates on company policies and procedures
  • Accountable for Employee Record Management for facility.
  • Investigate Employee Relations issues/concerns and team with HR Manager and Plant Management to resolve issues/concerns.
  • Team with Production Supervisors/Managers in preparing and documenting disciplinary actions.
  • Team with Plant Management under the direction of HR Manager to support Employee Engagement, Retention Management, Performance Management, Community Activities, etc.
  • This salaried role is part of a four-member Human Resource Team reporting to the HR Manager.

SUCCESS FACTOR

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business or equivalent education/experience in Human Resources.
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources within a manufacturing environment; automotive industry a plu
  • Demonstrate experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, Orientation, Employee Engagement, Benefits, LOA, Retention Management, HR Reporting, Payroll, and some Employee Relations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; automotive experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication with internal/external customer, analytical HR reporting.
  • Proficiency with MSOffice, HRIS, ATS, 3rd-Party HR Vendors (LOA, Unemployment, Background Screening, E-Verify.
  • SPHR or PHR certification preferred or in-process.
