ET (Eastern Timezone).
THE ROLE:We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our expanding delivery team! The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless change management plans with our clients. This includes being responsible for the development and execution of change management strategies such as stakeholder assessments, change readiness, communications, and marketing and learning, within a project team to support the deployment of national Information Technology products and services.
The Change Management Consultant will work on complex projects, participating in project planning and status meetings, identifying deployment risks and mitigations, and providing updates according to plan. The ideal candidate will be solution-driven and able to handle fast-paced projects while managing multiple stakeholders and communicating with leadership. Above all, you are accountable to your team, to yourself, and to the delivery of excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and implement comprehensive organizational change management plans tailored to the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and communicate change management strategies, including transition plans from old to new digital solutions.
- Act as a consultant to delivery teams and client stakeholders on change management issues.
- Lead the execution of change management plans, monitoring performance and providing recommendations for advancing change initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support the successful adoption of digital solutions within client organizations.
- Engage in data collection and analysis to understand stakeholders and communication channels, supporting the development of communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Identify and resolve potential risks and issues to meet the deployment requirements and timing.
- Assist in the collection of metrics to measure the success of change initiatives and participate in technical reviews to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Utilize expertise in change management methodologies and best practices to drive successful outcomes for our clients.
- Foster close collaboration with the project team and receive oversight and support from senior leaders, while also being empowered to independently develop and lead innovative ideas and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and executing organizational change management plans.
- Specific experience in leading change, training and/or solutioning for platforms such as marketing automation, loyalty management, e-commerce, customer data platforms, analytics and content management.
- Proven track record in fostering partnership experience with high level client stakeholders and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing change management metrics to measure success.
- Strong project management, training, or client-facing experience, with a collaborative approach to work.
- Experience working in professional services or consulting environments, dealing with enterprise clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is a bonus. Any form of traditional or agile change management training is also considered an asset.
- Comprehensive change management experience complemented by a versatile background in People, Business, and Technology, ideally with a focus on Human Capital, People & Change, or Organizational Development, to ensure adaptability and flexibility in our dynamic environment.
- Experience with Digital Product, Digital Strategy, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Ability to work effectively in large, cross-functional teams.
- Experience with both traditional and agile project methodologies.
