Job Summary

In this position, your primary duty is to provide specialized expertise in global payroll consulting across different countries and jurisdictions, ensuring that payroll processes are carried out effectively and in compliance with international standards.

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Compensation Associate to join our Global Total Rewards Team. Reporting to Manager, Global Executive Compensation & Equity, you will lead the day-to-day administration of compensation programs for our partners and most senior executives. You will be a member of the People Team and work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, payroll, and our business partners. This role is a critical part of our People and Total Rewards team, with significant visibility to all levels across the organization and the opportunity to excel in a dynamic work environment. Apart from the primary focus on executive compensation, the role also offers exciting opportunities to broad-based compensation.   • Support with all aspects from strategy to administrative activities of our partner and executive leadership total rewards, including some elements of equity administration.
  • In close partnership with Executive Compensation Manager and Head of Total Rewards, drive our partners' and executive leadership's year-end compensation process, communications, and reporting.
  • Lead the complex analytical modelling in the executive compensation and equity space.
  • Develop analytical modeling templates for various compensation, benefits and equity projects.
  • Enhance and document executive-level procedures, policies, and controls.
  • Conduct market pricing analyses in broad-based compensation across different functions and countries to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with the company's global compensation philosophy.
  • Maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion.
  • Be a vital part of the Global People Team and Global Total Rewards team by supporting global compensation programs, including base pay, incentive, and equity programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for our partners and executive leadership to provide accurate, timely information to our leadership and key business stakeholders (i.e., Tax, Payroll, Accounting, People Team) and support compliance diligence.


Qualifications
  • 4 to 6 years of increasing accountability and success in compensation design, analyses, education, and socialization of rewards programs in a high-growth, go-to-market, high-tech, global organization.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Certified designations CCP, SPHR, CEP preferred
  • Passion and inspired by data storytelling with strong analytics expertise and high proficiency in Google environment (Sheets, Docs, Slides), and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where decisions are made collaboratively and within a high-performing, engaging team at all levels and across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality. Nimble, quick learner, curious, and an independent, proactive working style - able to work with limited direction.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all levels of an organization.
  • Experience with interpretation and applying local regulatory/statutory requirements for compensation.
  • Preferred experience in acquisition-driven program harmonization on compensation.
  • Required to be fluent in English with excellent presentation, written and spoken communication.
