Who You Are:

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Foundation Partners Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, influencing HR strategy, and supporting the growth and success of our teams across Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington. You'll collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, promote a positive, high-performance culture, and drive initiatives that inspire engagement, innovation, and development.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Strategic Partnering for Success:
    • Partner with senior HR leadership to develop forward-thinking HR strategies that fuel business growth and innovation.
    • Be the trusted advisor who helps leaders navigate the ever-evolving workforce landscape, providing valuable insights on talent, structure, and succession planning.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals, ensuring we're not just meeting targets but exceeding them.
  • Creating a Thriving Workplace Culture:
    • Address complex employee relations issues with a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
    • Foster open communication and promote a culture of transparency, trust, and mutual respect.
    • Mentor and empower leaders to build strong, high-performing teams that are energized and engaged.
  • Nurturing Talent & Development:
    • Take an active role in the talent management process, including performance reviews, goal setting, and career development.
    • Identify high-potential team members and work closely with leaders to create growth pathways and career progression plans that align with individual and organizational goals.
    • Design and support innovative training programs that inspire personal and professional development.
  • Leading Through Change:
    • Partner with leadership on change management efforts, ensuring seamless transitions while keeping team members engaged and motivated.
    • Implement strategies that minimize disruption and maximize employee buy-in during periods of organizational change, helping teams remain agile and productive.
  • Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
    • Work closely with the talent acquisition team to develop proactive, creative recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent across multiple regions.
    • Stay ahead of talent trends and collaborate on building a diverse and high-performing workforce that will drive the company's future success.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
    • Ensure that HR practices comply with all local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining a forward-thinking approach to policy development.
    • Regularly review and communicate HR policies to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.
  • Data-Driven Decisions:
    • Utilize HR metrics to provide actionable insights and help leaders make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance performance and employee satisfaction.
    • Present regular reports on key HR metrics like turnover, engagement, and productivity, identifying trends and proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration Across the Organization:
    • Collaborate seamlessly with other HR professionals, sharing ideas, strategies, and best practices that drive collective success.
    • Partner with different business units to ensure a cohesive, high-performing HR function that supports all areas of the organization.

What We're Looking For:
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
    • 7+ years of experience in progressive HR roles, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership position.
    • Deep knowledge of HR laws, employee relations, and talent management.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others at all levels of the organization.
    • Creative problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide decision-making and shape strategic direction.
    • Ability to build trust and foster collaboration across teams, departments, and locations.
    • High emotional intelligence, with a knack for managing complex employee relations situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Additional Qualifications:
    • Proficient with ADP and HR data analytics tools.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift, and innovation is key to success.
