About the roleReporting directly to the OTT HydroMet HR Leader, this role will serve as the HR Business Partner to one or more Senior Leaders (L1) and possibly some L2 leaders. In partnership with their leaders, this role will have responsibility for developing and deploying regional or functional strategies for the respective areas in support of Veralto's and the OTT HydroMets strategic goals. This role provides leadership on people related solutions, including organization design and assessment, talent planning, associate engagement/retention, DE&I, and culture. This role will identify and address business challenges by going to GEMBA, and leading and coaching leaders in PSP and functional Kaizen, etc.)
This role is a pivotal role on the OTT HydroMet HR team. It is part of a strategic HR team highly involved in the developing of strategy to address pertinent business issues. The HR team plays a key role in developing and driving the business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution:- Leverage data and "voice of customer" to identify the most pressing opportunities and challenges impacting your functional business areas.
- Develop the client group talent and organization plan that is aligned with the OTT HydroMet business strategy, Veralto HR priorities and programs. Drive the execution of closing any of the identified gaps using applicable VES tools.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Leverage the findings to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leaders in development of comprehensive change management plans to accelerate change.
Talent Developer:- Lead the Veralto organization and talent processes within your client group. You will: thoroughly know the talent, advocate, and champion talent moves, support the development of future leaders, cultivate, and attract external candidates.
Consultant & Coach:- Based on the deep knowledge of the client group and the talent and organization priorities, provides strategic counsel to their L1/L2 leaders and teams.
- Ensures compliance with employee related local law, HR & Company policies. Champions Veralto/OTT HydroMet culture and sets the tone to foster positive associate relations
Change Management & Organizational Development:- Guide and support leaders through change management processes, providing frameworks and tools for effective change.
- Collaborate with Senior leaders on organizational structure and role design to support business agility and scalability.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I):- Actively promote and support DE&I initiatives, helping to create an inclusive environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement DE&I strategies that support a diverse and equitable workplace.
Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience in diverse industries (tech, healthcare, and manufacturing)
Skills:
- Work as a trusted advisor and influencer who can convey complex concepts, provide clear advice and stand firm in the face of challenge to persuade the right, sometimes tough decisions.
- Act as a change agent to drive organizational transformation and culture change initiatives to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and innovative work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry networks to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR and contribute to the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Partner with the HR team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services, programs, and policies ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
US ONLY: The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $132.300 - $188.500 USD per year.
