We would love for you to join the team as our Senior People Operations Analyst.

The Senior People Operations Analyst is a key member of the People Operations team focused on driving operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and compliance. In this role, you will flex your analytical and technical skills by automating processes and implementing best practices and scalable solutions. This position is a great opportunity to design and execute People Operations processes and services in a fast-paced organization.

What You Will Do As A Senior People Operations Analyst

Ensure employee life cycle transactions including onboarding, offboarding, job changes and reporting requests are processed accurately and expeditiously.

  • Establish data auditing measures, compliance reporting standards, and business processes with a focus on continuous improvement.


  • Make process improvement recommendations and manage projects aimed at implementing programs and processes, including user acceptance testing for system related rollouts.


  • Build and maintain project plans, outline deliverables, and facilitate meetings to communicate progress to project team and keep projects on schedule.


  • Collect feedback from and collaborate with process owners to develop and document proposed changes, ensuring a smooth transition to adopt new ways of working.


  • Create and maintain procedural documentation and provide training to end-users on processes and procedures.


  • Research new regulations and adjust procedural documentation accordingly to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local law.


  • Program manage and implement reward and recognition programs such as anniversary gifts and quarterly recognition awards in partnership with Senior Manager, People Operations and Systems.


  • Programs manage new hire onboarding and orientation.


  • Programs manage employee immigration cases and compliance, including working with outside counsel.


What You Will Bring As A Senior People Operations Analyst

  • 6+ years of experience in an HR Administration, People Operations, HR Project/Program Manager and/or generalist role.


  • Experience with Microsoft Office software. Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills preferred.


  • Proficient in Workday HCM with a demonstrated ability to provide functional support. Knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Advance Compensation, Payroll, Time-Tracking, and Absence preferred.


  • Strong familiarity with data analysis and complex problem solving.


  • Ability to build relationships through collaboration and negotiation and acquire subject matter expertise to identify opportunities for change.


  • Must have excellent attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


  • Have high ethical standards with demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information.


  • Have excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.


  • Have effective oral and written communication skills.


  • Have a customer service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and organization.


  • Recognized for ability to garner support and facilitate cooperation amongst peers and across teams.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member

Pay Range*: $84,000.00 - 117,600.00 annually

*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.

Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.

You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
