What You Will Do As A Sr. Account ManagerObjectives of this Role- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to growth opportunities, service concerns and maintaining overall account health
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve a strategic partnership that increases the customers LTV to the organization
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of customer feedback, engagements, contracts, and any efforts you make to create a healthy client relationship with Porch
- Advocate for customer needs by proactively partnering with sales, customer success, product and leadership teams
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to current and potential customers
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs via phone, email, chat, virtual meetings and industry conferences (i.e. in person meetings)
- Maintain the health and profitability of your book of business by engaging with clients regularly and creating solutions or strategies which helps them achieve their goals and improve our organizations profitability
- Attend cross functional meetings to stay abreast of product updates and service developments
- Generate progress reports to help customers understand solution value when using our products and services
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and own the engagement with these opportunities from start to finish
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect through consistent and open communication with the key stakeholders in those businesses

What You Will Bring As A Sr. Account Manager- 5+ years professional experience in an account management role with responsibility for multiple SaaS and Service products
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue growth
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
- Ability to analyze data, understand key metrics, and drive decision-making based on client performance and needs
- Prior experience or high degree of confidence in using Salesforce's CRM module to manage customer engagement, logging communications, and updating data
- Ability to use Microsoft's suite of products to communicate with customers, partners, team members and stakeholders
- Including building customer presentations and QBRs
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to attend conferences and industry events as needed, expected to be
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with business owners and C-Suite executives
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Experience working with multiple SaaS products that fulfill different customer needs.
- Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management tools (Pendo, Intercom, Etc.)

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member Pay Range*: $84,000 - $117,600
*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.
Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
