Responsibilities

A day in the life:
• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer
engagement, and generate leads.
• Oversee outside vendors while providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality
deliverables.
• Collaborate with leadership, including Clinical, Operations and Recruitment to align marketing
efforts with overall business goals.
• Conduct market research to gain insights into customer preferences, industry trends, and
competitor activities, utilizing the findings to inform marketing strategies.
• Create and oversee the production of engaging content for various marketing channels, such as
websites, social media, email campaigns, print collateral, and advertisements.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media
advertising, and email marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make
strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in
marketing, sharing knowledge and fostering innovation within the team.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree
preferred).
• Proven experience as a Creative Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track
record of successfully executing creative marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing outside vendors, fostering collaboration, and
driving results.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media management tools, marketing
automation software, and web analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
and effectively convey marketing messages.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for design and attention to
detail.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics, draw actionable insights, and
optimize marketing strategies.
• Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies in the
digital landscape.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and
manage multiple projects simultaneously.
