Job Location: Chicago, Illinois (Remote)

As a Senior Producer, you will oversee the production process from concept to completion, ensuring successful client project delivery. Reporting to the VP of Experiential Production, you will lead our teams and external suppliers on multiple projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline expectations.

Responsibilities:

• You will manage project scopes and deliverables.
• You will develop and oversee operating budgets ranging from $100k to $10M.
• You will handle all onsite production needs, staffing, and safety.
• You will ensure projects align with written scopes of work (SOW), including budget management, supplier contracts, permits, and civic documents.
• You will develop client relationships, serving as their production partner.
• You will work with teams to provide creative and strategic production solutions.
• You will lead project feasibility assessments and manage execution from brainstorming to activation.
• You will manage a small team of program managers and production specialists.
• You will implement best practices and contribute to a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Expertise in contract negotiations, budget management, and client relations.
• Experience to define solutions to create measurable results for the client.
• Demonstrated experience running large engagements with clients or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple clients.
• Experience hiring and leading staff.

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,500. Salary is based on a range of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
