Job DescriptionThe Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Engine Room Team Trainer Hardware Engineering Team at Kesselring Site within the Naval Training and Simulation Department. The Hardware Engineering Team is delivering a simulation platform to the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program to support training of our sailors.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop and maintain integrated resource loaded project schedules
- Prepare and analyze budget, cost, and workforce estimates for maintaining a Team Trainer
- Develop and report metrics related to schedule and budget for the Simulation Suite
- Prepare and present material at periodic project/program reviews with management and other stakeholders
- This exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Project Analyst to be located at Kesselring Site (NY).
Required Combination of Knowledge and SkillBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business-related field
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, JIRA
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to establish/maintain excellent relationships with peers, management, stakeholders, and customers across multiple locations.

Pay Range$68,800.00 - $105,300.00 annually
