As a Learning & Organizational Development Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of talent transformation, designing and delivering programs that shape careers and foster innovation. You'll partner with leaders to create an engaged and future-ready workforce.

Your Mission: Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead cutting-edge learning and development initiatives that fuel growth and engagement.
• Facilitate high-impact training sessions that energize and inspire employees.
• Collaborate with leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
• Leverage analytics to evaluate program success, measure KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop actionable recommendations to enhance leadership capabilities and employee engagement.
• Lead efforts to refine talent management processes, fostering efficiency and excellence.
• Act as the go-to resource for training, performance feedback, and leadership development.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience:
• 2+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related roles.
• Proven success in leading in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience in change management and communications design is a plus.
• Skills:
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across functions.
• Analytical mindset to measure and maximize program effectiveness.
• Bonus: Fluency in Spanish for a global edge.

Zone 1: Starting rate $80,000 up to $100,000 for highly qualified candidates
